How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your More Than Dawgs account and all associated personal data, follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@morethandawgs.com with the subject line “Delete My Account”.
- Send from the email address associated with your MTD app account so we can verify your identity.
- We will confirm receipt of your request and process the deletion within 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

| Order history | Deleted — all past orders and preferences |
| Push notification tokens | Deleted — device tokens removed immediately |
| Authentication credentials | Deleted — login sessions and tokens revoked |

Third-Party Data
Payment transaction records processed through Square, Inc. are retained by Square in accordance with their own privacy policy and PCI compliance requirements. More Than Dawgs does not store payment card details. Deletion of your MTD account does not affect data held directly by Square.
If you signed up using Google OAuth, deleting your MTD account does not revoke your Google authorization. You can manage connected apps at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
